A Garlic Roaster is designed to cook a whole head of garlic. Some like to cut the top of the head off, but you do not have to, then drizzle with olive oil, and place in the oven, with the preheat, to bring your roaster to temperature slowly. You can cook it at 350-400 degrees for 10-30 minutes depending on how soft you want your cloves. You can cook 1-4 heads at a time. Use ovenmitts, or hot pads to carefully remove the roaster from the oven. Let your roaster come back to room temperature, and hand washing is recommended.
